We don't just sell software — we install it.

Smart buildings die in the gap between “sold” and “works.” A platform vendor blames the integrator, the integrator blames the platform, the customer ends up with a half-finished system that nobody fully owns. We won't do that to a customer.

By keeping software and installation under one roof, we own the outcome end-to-end. When something doesn't work, there's one team to call — and the same engineers who wrote the code also know exactly how the building was wired.

A typical Cynact install runs 1–3 days for a residential site, 1–4 weeks for a small commercial site. The steps are simple: site survey, hardware install, device commissioning, customer training, and a follow-up visit after 30 days. We don't leave until your system is doing what we said it would.

Outside our service area? We'll either travel for the right project or partner with a vetted local integrator. Either way, the software side stays our responsibility.

Cynact serves four kinds of buyer, each with the same core platform underneath:

• Residential / premium smart home — homeowners who want cinema-grade lighting, climate, security, and music that just works.
• Small commercial (5K–50K sq ft)— the “Missing Middle” that's too big for consumer products and too small for traditional BMS vendors.
• Multi-site portfolios — owners and operators running 5–50 buildings who need one pane of glass.
• Utility / grid services— innovation teams piloting demand response, behind-the-meter DER, and M&V at scale.
